The mission of the Master of Science in Executive Leadership is to train students to think critically, identify and solve problems creatively, and make substantive contributions to their
organizations and the society.

Student Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of the Master of Sciences in Executive Leadership, the student will be able to:

- Apply best leadership practices within a given organization to resolve complex issues
- Evaluate the components of leadership practices within a given profession.
- Evaluate themselves as leaders and change agents
Assessing Student Learning Outcomes for the Masters of Science in Executive Leadership:

- Upon completion of the Master of Sciences in Executive Leadership, the student will be able to apply best leadership practices within a given organization to resolve complex issues.
